Are you sure? when I buy Persona 5 strikers cannot buy the deluxe edition later, I have to pay the full price again. and this one looks similar

The "10 exclusive items" may forever be Deluxe only, but the classic skins, classic music, pink cosmetic items, and sega consoles should be available separately for $4.99 each, according to every single outlet reporting on the subject.

The "10 exclusive items" are pre-order only but applies to both standard and deluxe. Everything else can be purchased individually but you save $10 if you purchase the deluxe edition instead. If you know for certain you only want some of the DLC and not all, buying individually may be smarter.
