Anyone else not get golden banana mode?

I actually asked about this in another thread, because I pre-ordered my copy of the Deluxe Edition from an official store (WinGameStore), I received the early access to the game, the pre-order bonus, and the rest of the DLCs, but I did not get the Golden Banana DLC.

Apparently, those who pre-ordered on Steam got it on their DLC tab (and, this DLC shows up on SteamDB as well), but it's missing from my tab, so I did not get it, despite it being listed as one of the contents of the Deluxe Edition.

It's probably a case of this particular DLC is missing from some apps/depots, for some versions of the game. I really hope SEGA ends up fixing this.

I didn't get this either, I also didn't get the Morgana/Hello Kitty/Monster Rancher DLC.

I didn't realize I even was entitled to the golden banana mode with deluxe edition, and I already bought it in game. Whoops. But I sure would like to make sure I get the other DLC though.

I pre-ordered from Humble Bundle btw.

The other DLC characters (Hello Kitty, Morgana, Suezo) were not apart of the digital deluxe edition of the game. In fact, these characters won't be available until:
October 5th (Hello Kitty)
October 19th(?) (Suezo)
November 2nd (Morgana)

Currently, there's a problem with the Golden Banana DLC on some packages.

If you buy the Deluxe Edition from Steam, you get this package, that has 7 DLCs (including the Golden Banana DLC, which unlocks this mode right away):

But, they forgot to add this particular DLC to some of the other packages for Deluxe Edition pre-orders. For example, my key activated as "Super Monkey Ball Banana Mania Digital Deluxe Edition Pre Purchase - [Digital] (EU)", and that package only has 6 DLCs, and is missing the Golden Banana DLC:

Hopefully SEGA will fix this.

Yeah, I already posted there.
And, reached out to SEGA on their various social media channels, and contacted the SEGA Europe support email.

Sadly, I heard nothing back, and the Golden Banana DLC remains missing from the package I received with my key.

Hopefully, if anyone from SEGA sees this, they may fix this, because the Golden Banana DLC is listed as part of the Deluxe Edition (it's not even a pre-order bonus), and some packages for the Deluxe Edition (like mine) don't have it.

Yeah, it was added earlier today. I forgot to post about it.

After a few days without this being corrected, I contacted SEGA Europe's customer support service, and after trading a few emails they fixed the problem this afternoon, and added the Golden Banana DLC to the only package of the Deluxe Edition that was missing it (the one for European pre-orders, from other retail channels outside of Steam).

So, hats off to SEGA Europe's customer service, they did actually fix the problem when contacted.
