1) Open door 1 (key num 9 or on the right control the button on the top right)
2) When the door is open and no people are getting off or on. Look at such a square metal cover (It's next to the driver's door)
3) Click on the metal cover: After that, the ramp should unfold automatically and the wheelchair users will come by automatically.
1) When the wheelchair user has stopped (it's best to wait 10-20 seconds).
2) Click on the expanded ramp. It should then stow automatically. So it "disappear" back into the ground.
3) Close door 1 (as described above) You can also use Num 3 / Zentrales Schließen
- The wheelchair ramp sometimes does not fully open when the wheelchair user gets out.
- If the wheelchair user wants to get out, a wheelchair user symbol lights up white next to "Hold-Halten".
- When the wheelchair user has pressed the button, door 1 opens by itself.
