Does it matter if I bow to Heket?

Does it matter if I spare Kallamar and go after Shamura first?

I can only give you the perspective of not bowing: They just spawn some Minions to kill.

As for the going for later Bosses first: Pretty sure there is just change in terms of dialogue if anything at all.

If you bow your followers lose 20 faith but you don't have to fight the mobs and they might not curse one of your followers out of petty spite. Not so sure about the latter one.

Interesting. I didn't even know about the one choice because door 3 and 4 opened at the same time because I had so many followers already and I I think I did them in the wrong order.

About half way into Kallamar's run he'll beg you for mercy and to leave him alone and go after Shamura instead

I don't remember that happening and my middle door is open now. It opened by it's self after killing Kallamar last night. So I guess they wont beg you to kill Shamura first if you already killed them before entering that door.

They are locked based on follower count. I had both open at the same time because of the number of followers I had. You should be able to open it if you have enough followers.

One thing I love about this game is that there is no larger morality meter or something where the game SAYS you have freedom but reserves the right to judge you for your choices. It's not that your choices are consequence free, but they still feel like yours to make.
