Where is Ratoo? (Finding The Hearts III Tarot)
Hello! I'm trying to find my last tarot card, The Hearts III, and on IGN it says

"Sold by Ratoo at a Heart Room for 100 Gold. Heart Rooms are random rooms that can appear while Crusading, depicted by a heart icon on the map as you choose your path."

I've heard conflicting information that he appears in map rooms with a heart icon or in ones with a question mark icon. I've been doing quick runs of Anura since they seem to have accessible "?" rooms, but I've only ever found the moth that boosts loyalty in them. I know I've encountered Ratoo once, but I don't remember what room type he was in, and I haven't gotten a heart icon on the map again to confirm whether or not he is there.

Can anyone confirm which type of map room Ratoo spawns in?

For getting the Hearts III card, you must find Ratoo in Heart Rooms. He can appear in "?" rooms but in those he only offers you challenges that you can take on for extra rewards.

Find the tile with a heart on it. If not, chance the ? tile to roll a chance for heart room. Then you spend 100 gold in top right corner of room. Tadahh!
