- completely broken "art direction" to the point where it's impossible to distinguish doors from walls. This is worse than first level design mistakes. Basically, the signaling of the levels is so bad I can only see it as purposely trolling me. I thought I just had to get used to forsaken inspired art style, but no, it's just horrible.
- very bad audio cues for enemies/shots. Audio in general is pretty bad.
- no explanation on items/mechanics at all, and many things are unnecessarily cryptic (e.g. "resurrector" instead of "extra life" etc.)
- random level generation is completely simplistic to the point where it's just broken. large enemies in tiny rooms. Powerful enemies spawning out of thin air directly behind you.
- the forsaken style tanks have a certain appeal
- I want my money back.

(For reference, I played through Descent 1 & 2 on high difficulty settings multiple times.)

Very fun game. I loved Descent and Overload, and I can tell you, this one is great.
