There are definitely a few more mechanics in the full game to keep things fresh.
I think a whole level editor is unfotunately out of scope for the moment. I can see how that would be a cool thing to have, but it would be a LOT of work.
You can load up a maximum of 3 Re-Aims at the moment. Of course it depends in the level how many enemies you have available to hit their weakpoints.
About the scoring, I think you are right! There are a few things which are not very ideal. The Demo is a really helpful tool to see how people play the game.
Yeah, the scoring creates alot of akward moments. For example in the later maps with the redirection mechanic. there isen't much to motivate me to go for it. as it's often placed on body parts that give me less score. adds more time so im more rewarded to not use that mechanic and try to go for a more instent go with as many headshots as i can go with.
But that feels like the oppsite effect. Keep a less gameplay mechanic players more rewarded or try to encourage them to use it more. Not a easy situation.
Also explosions can be a bit inconistent. Sometimes they work great. but when a target lines up pretty close to a car and you try to go for a multi kill they somehow survive it.
Would a level editor in terms of "Place enemies yourself" be feasible? Don't need to design full maps. Just create challenges on the existing ones. And then add a typical "Need to beat it before sharing"-mechanic.
