[BUG?] Electric Fan Blows Items Across Map

I'm using electric fans and conveyors to automate my farms. Occasionally, some of the crops will "escape" the confines of the farm and will blow to the edge of the loaded chunk. When I go to chase them down, they keep moving further and further until they hit something or the edge of the map. I've got walls and floors to prevent the majority of this from happening, but some seem to just pass through the solid items and keep going.

Anyone else experiencing this?

it's not due to electric fans, I had this occur without any fan on my map

Same. really annoyed me at first...less so now. I also find items in autos (Furnace, Assembler) taking up slots meant for say ores, with wheat, flour, pumpkins, etc., from across the map/zone
