Can't find dark anubis at the top of hell

So I've defeated the dark anubis one time, and I went to ANY OTHER HELL MAP I just couldn't find it at the top, the first one I killed didn't drop the indulgence so I couldn't respawn it either. Then how could I ever fight an anubis again?

Don't know if it's a bug or am I missing sth...

Went only once to the top of hell and there was some sort of barrier... I also got a message that I had to kill "scorched stone" (?) first to get access to that place...
Not sure what it was about yet....

U can pass the barrier with helicopter just search it on yt there're tons of vids
or
you can defeat 3 golems in the hell which is located right next to a giant arc!
in this way you won't have to worry about the barrier anymore

Golems ? only found one, didnt go to hell islands often yet, just spent enough time to gather all the materials I needed... where are they exactly ?

Try verifying integrity of game files and if the first map doesn't have it then try the second one.
And it's better to kill dark anubis on lv5 or lv6 island first since he drops the indulgence which u can instantly respawn the boss.

Levels 5 and 6 ? I dont have such... Lowest level I have is the starter island and I've only been play on level 86 islands for quite some time now.

Gonna try verifying the game files... I hope it wont break my game this time, I 'm bored of having to restart from zero everytime I reach endgame...

I'm also having the same issues and I've validated the game files multiple times. I have 4 Hell Islands in my world so far and no Dark Anubis on any of them.

I believe lv86 is the enemies lv on a lv7 island. There're two levels when u open the map, one for the map and another for the enemies.

Maybe dark anubis on level 86 island just dont work yet ? Gonna try lower level hell island but for now I unlock only 6-7 hell island and most of them are level 86... I've been a bit busy trying to finish my battle tank lately, rubber really hard to gather in big quantities to finish all my wheels.... BTW what's dark anubis loot ? Is it worth the time ?
