Anyone know where to get the captain's hat for the quest in the Asian area?

I do! There's a wrecked ship on the shore down south, in the Asian area. go at night. Capture 2 pirates (not the skeletons, the ones wearing hats). Put them in a breeding facility. Farm until you get a hat.
