Anyone figured out how to craft Motorcycles?

Maybe I'm just blind, or dumb, or both. In order to make a Motorcycle (because a quest asks you to deliver 3 of them), you need Engine Parts and Wheels. Neither of which I can craft, even on an improved workbench. Did anyone figure out where to make them, if that's at all possible?
Wouldn't be the first time the game expects you to craft something you haven't access to. The Well gets unlocked (via recipe) by Age 2, but needs Iron, which you can only smelt at Age 3. Some recipes also get unlocked in an Age where you cannot make Sausages, but the recipe asks for them. And let's not talk about Fenrir's Earrings or Snow / Ice Floors at Age 2 / 3 when the materials are not available at all.

There are broken cars around the map that can be mined with a pickaxe for tech parts.

I don't exactly know how it happened, but I already have motorcyle and helicopter blueprint, so I can craft it anytime...
