Rewards for Quests?

I've been doing the quests, and they are starting to get a bit extensive, but I have no idea what I'm getting out of doing them other than "yay, I accomplished a goal". Are we getting xp for turning them in? It would be nice to see what you get and get some food or something making them worth doing.
