VROID Hub code not working

A friend recently started playing the game, but when he tries to use the code from his vroid hub account and link it to craftopia it always says that the code is wrong even if it really isn't he already tried typing it directly but it still says that code is wrong, anyone knows how to fix this?

had same issue yesterday. i got it to issue another code. copy pasted it and it went thru
took a couple attempts
