Quest: Craft Ancient Iron ingot by smelting Ancient Iron Ore. How to do?

Where to find Ancient Iron Ore?

You need to defeat the Golem in the dungeon, he drops iron with the Ancient prefix, with that Iron you craft Iron Ore. You will then receive a follow up quest to create a sword from that Ore. The only way you can complete the quest is if the prefix passes from the Ore to the Ingot, and from the Ingot then to a sword. Sometimes the crafting will fail so you might need to do it more than once.
