Reaping Machine and Hard Feathers

While all the materials are easy to get from Supply Pod parts and Biofuel/Sugar Farms, I can't find any Griffon of Golden Season. I assume they're a boss from later level Dungeon of Meadow or an island boss on islands I haven't found yet. It's kinda weird having to go through so much work to find a 4 Star Blue material that's used in only one blueprint.

Can anyone please tell me where they are?

pray to God that RNG be more nicer, because the RNG is sort of "Broken" which the griffin will spawn in I think it is what you called "Egypt's temple" thing or dungeon. Yea you probably want get loads of arrows and guns because that griffin hit like a truck for it is highly base on magic power. As again moving on, the griffin is not 100% will spawn, oh no for you also get a "gun sling lizard with super high tech power tech gun" that it will blow you away if you didn't focus on hp.

I just found one as a map boss in a level 5 Island of Fallen Leaves, turns out they're weak to toxic arrows like normal griffons.
For anyone looking for more info on them, they only have a few major differences. It has more tornados on its attacks, and it has a new "super storm" attack you need to break three crystals to stop/stun it or else it just obliterates everything around it. Also it berserk modes more frequently.

EDIT: The Reaping Machines aren't worth it right now. They only hit a single crop tile, if you try and stagger them on the edges or corners of crops then they don't hit the crop itself. Wait until either the radius is extended or until feathers are super-easy to farm.

that is why we stick with lawn more blade the buzz saw machine but it is worth it because there is a glitch let you stack crops on top each other, so go and try using that.
