Bargain mechanical parta and bargain armor parts

anyone knows where to get them, I remember getting just one bargain mechanical parts from a chest inside a dungeon on a lvl 41 island, any merchant sell them?

Some merchant sell them in small quantities (10) but it's rather rare. You can get them from guest NPCs too, with the guest tables. But the main source is chests.
