Report a translation problem
It's a bit funky, you need to enable bridging in the "builder tool ext" script mod, and then lock the attachment you want to bridge (target it and press Shift + E), before moving the part.
I didn't make a guide about it, but hopefully you can get an idea from the video.

I Changed The keybind for "Toggle Attachment Locked" To SHIFT + L looked at the suspension pressed my new keybind (A small lock will appear on the suspension) and then you can bridge it to where you want
Not sure what's going on here. I have an 8 core ryzen 7 and GTX 1060, and I get 60fps in the tutorial. I'd check that you're running in 1080p, not 4K resolution. Also maybe try borderless fullscreen, instead of exclusive, as I've found borderless to be faster oddly.
