Ex-Pops need more visual variety, Giants included (Too Much Sameness)
At this point, I have grown accustom to all the enemies at the moment, including their appearances that no longer do I fear them. I use to fear them because at one point they looked terrifying, guess that's my fault for getting use to them and no longer having a fresh set of eyes. In truth, I believe RB could add more visual variety consisting of Giant, Pusher and Pitcher. Ex-pops are cannon fodder with no real purpose aside from making the Reagents time in Trials a living hell. But players are so use to seeing the same EXACT Giants or ex-pops without much variety to appearance, which makes the immersion break a little.

You mean to tell me Murkoff uses the exact same giants each time and all of them look the same? I think RB can add some variety to the giants appearance, for example:

1.
A giant (male) with large spikes/prongs sticking out of his back/spine; appearance shares similarity to the Giant with prongs/spikes in head. This giant's skin is blue after Murkoff exposed too much silver to alter his appearance, giving him the condition known a Argyria. This giant also has another medical condition known as "Waardenburg Syndrome."

2.
A giant (female) with long black hair (similar to Ring Girl or Grudge Girl) covering most
of her face, she is pale and slimmer when compared to the other female giants. She wears skimpy clothes indicative of prostitute or stripper.

3.
A giant (male) with a missing face; his face quite literally missing or has been horribly mutilated, enough damage to expose flesh, cartilage and bone in the face. This giant grunt is naked and is covered in sores, scars and scratches. One noticeable feature is the giant's hairstyle, a single strain of hair with a pink bow tie. The giants facial features could also share small resemblance to Tarman from "The Living Dead."

4.
A giant (female) whom is bald and hairless (similar to the one seen in the cages in Poison the Cattle). One key takeaway is her massive eyes; her eyes are huge because her eyelids were removed and eye sockets expanded. An idea of the female giant's eyes:

5.
A giant (male) with a missing eye on the side of his face due to burning/cauterization. The giant wears a goggled eye-strap for his healthy single eye as protection. Because of the lens, the giant's single one eye appears unnaturally large. The giant skin is also gangrene, nearly rotten with dead flesh. In fact, most of his body is covered in open scars and infected soars,. This giant clothes is tattered and foot appears amputated - replaced with fake foot.

Male and Female giants could use at least one or two more voices that contrasts well with the others,.

The Berserker could also get some attention to, why not introduce a female Berserk or make more than one appearance for the Berserker? Heck why not do both. The Berserker can have varied appearances and voices - some barley able to talk because tubes have been shoved into their mouth, down their throats similar to the other regular grunts variants. Players can hear them yelling but they make these awful choking noises, clearly in distress and pain (though behave like a regular Berserker).

Murkoff is a big company (struggling at the moment), I know they have the resources to change the dynamic of the Trials and introduce new horrors and threats. While these are basically re-skins I just want the game to have variety and more enemies to run away from. For right now, I am so used to them at this point that I am no longer afraid of them.

Not to mention that sometimes it feels kind of lazy for them to simply reuse one of the models for a very specific occasion. Example? The Ebony Giant in Bambino's introduction at the Docks. They could have just used the upper part of her body (because of what Franco was doing before we interrupted him), but instead, they used the whole model, prosthetic leg and all. Also, sometimes the same model used in this situation is literally the same one we see guarding the entrance of the drug lab.

The small grunts have a lot of face variations. They are the best example that Red Barrels doesn’t need to make completely original and unique models for each ex-pop, but a little bit of variety in their faces or clothing would already be nice.

Another thing that bothers me a little is the scapegoats from the courthouse being reused in the new trial. I don’t mind the idea of having to deal with them again, but I think they missed the chance to put some clothing on them, like the kind of clothes people from the 50s and 60s would wear when going downtown.

I know that modeling isn't an easy job, but like you said, it gets a little boring to see the same people over and over again.

The game feels a little too plain right now with NPC appearances, but your logic is correct, taking the time to model and create models can prove more trouble than necessary. This is a tough task and often a deal breaker for some devs when designs do not to go as plan and aspects must be scrapped.

But sometimes things just have to make sense, personally, this would really bother me a lot given the opportunity to work at RB.

The scapegoats need skin variety, darker variants are necessary as well as the more gangrene variants (decomposing and looking like a walking corpse). Clothes as well could be an addon for scapegoats, it is tattered and unclean but still reminiscent of late 1950s.

The screamers could use some changes but not too much, adding a female screamer would be a cool addition. The female screamers have matted hair and are equipped with a blood curdling scream, a scream that is definitively worst than the male screamers.

The ONE problem I do have with the Grunts is the sameness of garments, clothes and armor. I am tired of seeing football head guy or girl, I think RB could give them hats/helmets. I think an army helmet would be funny, the grunts talk about patriotism and defending the land of America quite often. And I also think it is okay that RB has a regular-grunt walking around the Trials who is half-naked or fully naked, this being man or woman. Everyone is crazy at Murkoff.

I do not understand your point, but I'll answer. Then you add more ADULT content to enhance the game's experience. More enemy variety is better than generic or repetitiveness. And nothing I said indicates PG-13 vibes via "Naked Giant or Grunt” or a female giant wearing “skimpy” or “prostitute” clothes. The criteria of my subject is still for adults, one of the Giants I even suggested is naked and male.

I'm suggesting you're under 18

You have nothing to base that on, seriously, not even from my posts or username. What screams under 18 about this post and about wanting some cool variety? So what if I want these changes implemented? Whether you agree to disagree is fine but there is no need to insult my intelligence or be condescending (you did both) by suggesting that I am younger than what I actually am, let alone if that should have a stake in this matter of subject.

Franco Barbi has a firearm in the game and is a gangster. I think the whole persona is "immature" and seems far-fetch for a game like Outlast Trials. As if teenagers were given freedom to write the character. "Hey lets give this prime asset a gun in a video game where you can't really fight back." But Franco's implementation of the "gangster" persona actually worked and he fits well in the game.

You only have 2 achievements and several hours in-game and 0 hours for Outlast 1 and 2. What stake could YOU possibly have in this conversation? And you also claimed another user was under the age of 18 in another topic discussion for a different video game. Weird. Can I seriously take your word that your age is well above 18, so to speak? I have no idea and also have no reason to believe you, and I do not need to.

Even then, my age is really none of your business or your responsibility. Good day.

I love your idea, i just want more variation on ALL of the enemy types (Besides primes), just change them up but keep the silhouette so you can still tell which enemy it is, as an example every grunt still has that machete sticking out of their silhouette, pushers still make that spray noise, stuff like that
