Any 'pros' want to do pyschosurgery?
Can't seem to get A+ solo in the newest maps, it's a little way too difficult.

Do you use the good tools to do psychosurgery ? like throwing stuff around to distract enemies, hiding, throwing bricks and enemies and traps, using adrenaline, rigs, etc. It helps a lot to get A+. Cuz even with pros,it might not get you the A+ without these kind of things.
Also, try to get more posters/gifts than needed,it helps too with the grade. Time doesn't affect your grade so don't forget to go at your pace. I'm not an extreme player but if you need help I don't mind helping.

Oui madam.

The new map is extremely long and can take an hour just to be extra careful. I can get A but not A+ on it. I use fast crouch, heavy hitter, and quiet running / door opening.

the new map is long (took me like 50min) and enemies are on high alert by default because of the waiting around mechanic, making noise reduction useless in this one. I had to switch to short circuit, hide and restore and last chance to use traps everywhere to slow down enemies.
A good thing is to get all keys first then drop the tracker and zapper for more inventory space then you can roam freely.

I got an A+ on Psychosurgery Downtown and I am never doing that again, holy crap that is hard for solo players. Franco has dead aim and God forbid he spots you, not to mention tons and tons of traps more than I can mentally deal with and comprehend.

I agree with Simile strategy, you must find all those damn keys and before ditching the utility devices. The more space slots you have the better,

I love this game, it is so much fun....but I care for it not to the point of mental exhaustion. MINES THE MINES THE MINES THE MINES THE MINES! The map is well designed (personally), though I am way too worn out after the fact. Downtown is basically "hopscotch of death."

Exactly, I did so well up until the end and lost all my rank. With the patch they also added the Pitcher so it EVEN MORE difficult.

And no one ever queues in Pyshco, it's very rare. :/

Getting A+, on any difficulty level, is just a matter of getting lots and lots of points, even dying doesn't preclude getting A+ if you are stacked high enough. Remember using your items gets points, so use every battery, adrenaline shot, and rig recharger you find. (Except healing items obviously, you shouldn't get damaged so don't be in a position where you use lots of them.) Pick every lock, using either the master key or lockpicks to do it both give points. Destroy as many traps as you can with bottles/bricks/hearts/stun grenade and use the rig on enemies a bunch. You get points for Surviving Psychosis but lose points for Losing Sanity, unclear on if it's a net + or - but I'd avoid it.

A key thing is that in this game getting spotted doesn't dock you points at all. As long as you don't panic and step on glass, bump into cans, and stumble over mines as you run away it literally costs you nothing rank-wise.
