Is there any FOMO in the game?

Thinking about buying the game but don't want to miss any sort of content due to timed events and such.

The game is fun to play, atleast for me I enjoy playing trials and replaying them, I feel theres a lot of replay value to it

Theres currently a timed event and they probably will come up with more but I don't think what you're missing is like IMPORTANT. All it is is some skins, a fun mode, cosmetic mostly

Thanks for the answer! Sadly I am one of those people for whom getting 100% of cosmetics is important... So, were there any timed events that I've already missed?

There are timed events but they come back every year around the same time with older and new catalogs,meaning you'll be able to get everything regardless of if you do events now,next year or the year after. Seasonal catalogs are unlimited and can be accessed all year long. So don't worry about missing out anything,the devs clearly made it so no one misses anything at all.

You can unlock Coins from seasonal catalogs and use those to unlock past Events' catalogs, so there is nothing you permanently miss out on.

This is the first time I've seen anyone encountering this bug. Have you tried restarting PC and open this game again to see if it still happens?

I've found several threads with this bug but there were too few responses and neither was helpful. effing descriptor request error $#%&@$!! restarting doesn't help and neither is reinstalling drivers

Have you even tried troubleshooting? I'll bet this is a problem on your end and not the game. Also if you submit a support ticket on the official discord server the staff are very helpful they helped me fix a couple of issues before.

yeah. the cosmetics seem to be coming back. last winters cosmetics came back + some new ones.

the devs stated that they don't wanna do what other live-service games do and force people to play for a season or "miss out" on cosmetics that later get added to an item/point shop you have to spend real $ on. quite admirable I think
