What's your biggest WTF moment in Outlast Trials?

Purely interested in stuff that shocked or scared you the most in this family friendly game.

For me personally - the whole toy factory level. I came back after a year of not playing, so the game had new programs, outfits, levels and I wanted to see them.

I gotta say, I did not expect the Toy factory to be that messed up. The voice acting of the guy, the line of...events....that happened to him made for a disturbing and painful experience as a guy.

What's your moment?

(Also, I am positive the new project with new PA and Docks mission will probably take it a notch higher)

Was playing Shutdown The Factory and entered a room, the furthest area from the main entrance and middle section of the factory. Inside one of the trashcans, halfway sticking out, something caught my eye that made me scream - ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

SPOILER: A Reagent stuffed upside down in some trashcan with wooden planks bursting out of their a-hole, intestines popping out and all....thanks RB, what a wonderful thing to see.

Toy Factory actually disgusted me and I loved that RB was willing to push the line like that. I loved that and I hope the new stuff coming out tomorrow will do the same, if not more stomach churning. I love how graphic RB is willing to get. They get creative with it.

Doing Pervert the Futterman ultra in Toxic Shock.
I used Noise Reduction, Invisible, and Second Chance amps while choose Stun as my rigs.
When already filled Section B with wax, I run to the second floors to find key with passing Section A stairs, and Mother Gooseberry appeared before my eyes, so I am running back faster to the section B and after far enough from her, hiding in the barrels near the conveyor belt. When I popped my head (pre-updated Invisible), Mother Gooseberry who close to me suddenly pulled me out from the barrels and of course with my only two HP bars I incapacitated immediately. 😂 I was like, WTF, how can she pulled me when she didn't noticed me before, did the amp not working or I got the bugs?

I agree, Mother Gooseberry is very intimidating. She can be standing, you can suddenly run into her. She spotted me too near the first conveyor belt downstairs, but I didn't look out of hiding. Apparently it was light and she noticed as she walked by.
But the last time WTF happened was during the Tilt the Scales of Justice trial. When I didn't notice and was approaching the door, there was already Coyle waiting, walking out to meet me:)
