Does TIME count towards your end grade?
Ive tried to rush through levels as quick as possible and im still not getting A+. Does time matter or should i just be smart and slow.

As far as I know, time does not count against/for your grade. I've gotten an A+ on the same map in 10mins and as long as 45mins.

You should take it slower rather than rush. If you rush, you could set off sound traps (which lowers your score) and get damaged (also lowers your score). You also need to make sure you get all posters (I think for single player its 3 and mutliplayer its 5). If you don't get all posters, there's no way to get an A+ (I think, I could be wrong about the posters. Get them anyways cuz they boost your score).

Some tips to boost your score in case you get hit/set off sound traps would be to use batteries, use adrenaline, hit enemies with bottles/bricks, distract enemies, and do the tasks. All those boost your score.

Not at all. Enjoy the slow runs.

For an A+ you need all 5 posters plus hitting enemies, using batteries, syringes, ect.

5 minutes or 5 hours you will get the same grade.

Here's a breakdown of things that'll give you plus points and negatives from best of my memory:

Good points:
-Collecting all posters (3 for solo, 5 for coop)
-Using your rig successfully (how many times it's used for it's intended purpose I believe)
-Relief on the rig (how many rig uses in total)
-Using hiding spots
-Surviving a psychosis event
-Disarming door traps
-Using lockpicks
-Bashing barricaded doors
-using throwables like bricks, bottles, or hearts
-distracting enemies with throwables
-using medicines, adrenalines, antidotes, batteries, etc.
-hurting enemies/prime assets with throwables
-reviving/picking up teammates
-kicking off enemies about to execute teammates
-Coop actions

-Bad points:
-Dying
-Getting incapacitated
-Getting damaged (each mark relates to continuous damage - get hit 10 times by a hider? It counts for 1 in the stats)
-Escaping a trial without all players (aka, the 'No Man Left Behind' rule)
-Losing sanity
-Getting damaged by traps
-Triggering sound traps

What DOESN'T affect your points:
-Time spent in the trial
-Getting jumped by hiders
-Getting spotted
-Collecting more than the required number of posters

If you've done a lot of stuff during the trial, it IS actually possible to still get A+ without getting all the posters.

Smart and slow is usually the easier strategy to get A+, but if you're skilled enough, then you could also do it while rushing obviously. Just keep in mind, that the most important thing is to get the posters and not get hit by enemies and traps. You can compensate for some mistakes though by just using as many items as possible (including throwables and rigs) and smash through every closed door you see.

And yeah, i got a A+ once with only 4 posters in 90h so far. So it's not impossible, but quite unlikely, especially in small MK-Maps (sometimes not enough items) or solo (due to not being able to smash coop doors).

Best way to get high score is just to beat the ♥♥♥♥ out of them. Use every bottle/brick you find to crack skulls and make sure you use them all up before you leave. And you need the posters for A+

For some reason I always thought that over-reliance on batteries was negative in your total points so I use my NV pretty sparingly since I can get around the maps just fine without it most the time. I guess the phrasing in the post-trial analysis is what confused me and made me think there was a sweet spot for how many times you should use certain consumables outside of getting hurt too often by grunts and then having to heal obviously

Battery does not effect your score, There's no need to do this.

neither does time.
