How do you find 3 evidence documents in one trial?

shiiii, I think i grabbed them all before I got this challenge unlocked. Anyone know what to do ? Am I locked out of finishing all the challenges because of this?

Evidence documents should continue to show up even when you have all of the files available to read. They'll count for tasks but won't give you anything new.
