Trial Preparation Cancelled

Keep trying to load into a trial, it says its preparing the trial for around 5 minutes, then cancels the trial, any help?

There is a 5-minute timeout if search hasn't found any teammates by then. This is very stupid; it should continue until teammates are found rather than cancel.

It just means no player found. The old system allowed you to search for any trial across any difficulty, thus lowering queue times.
