Please dear god lower the volume of the Jammer or change the sound effect
The sound the Jammer makes is actually ear grating. Like it's unironically one of the worst sounds I have ever been subjected to in a video game.

Me who is using 200% volume: Wait do rigs have sound effect? I thought they were silence.

It's specifically worse when another player is using it. It's fine when you're the one using it.

Nope, they are just too loud that I have already given up my ears treatment. I need high volume to keep track of xpops. Rigs are louder than those which I can hear them from miles away.
I use higher volume in a video game so you need to lower the sound of rigs because it impacts my gameplay.

Yes, add more options to modify different sound effects, not just a fricking master volume to solve it all. Although I don't intend to treat my ears anyways.
Turn off Motion Blur under Graphics and lower Tinnitus Filter under Audio.
The Jammer Rig is actually the best sound in the game. It perfectly fits its functionality
