Previously, this icon could be purchased with MURKOFF coins, which are now unavailable. Perhaps this icon will appear in new seasons, as it was in seasons 1 and 2

Items can now only be purchased in seasonal albums, and previously they used to drop after completing the trials or buying them with coins.

I think I unlocked him with my coins back during the beta of the game when coins were still a thing. I dunno how people get him who weren't a part of the beta though. I assume it will appear again in rotation at some point either as a random drop or maybe within a catalog.

Think I got it via a random drop maybe last week or so... just keep playing, it might show up eventually
