Surveillance Trial - Franco (Dominas) - Where is the Electric Room

hi guys - quick question has somebody found the electric room in the franco level with the dominas? currently doing the challenges (surveillance).
I need the green puppet with a drill in her arm. i cannot find the electric room :-(

Sewers, I'm not familiar with the map enough to say exactly where but I know the Electric Room is in the sewers under the streets.

After nearly 3 hours in this level - a friend of mine guided me through a video and we recognized i really missed one corner in the sewers where the electric room was also labeled. It is at the motel path from the lower sewers. thanks anyway.
