Can someone tell me where the last clue is?
Found the first three pretty fast. After that I checked the whole map a lot of times but cant find it.
It’s the screen with „room“.

Yeah i did. But only found one there.
Will check this the next time. ;)

I found two in the sewers and one at the motel. I think most of them will always be inside the sewers, while the last one will be somewhere in one of the buildings.

The radios with the clues are connected to a "pair of mannequins conducting a drug deal". Seems like one pair of mannequins appears in each of the Streets, Upper Sewers, and Lower Sewers. Don't need to bother looking in named buildings one-by-one, just search the hallways for the pair and follow the cable.

I had 2 in the city. and one in the upper sewer, nothing in the lower sewer...but it did take me way too long to figure it out......way more than 15 mins, on solo....and I stumbled upon one of them by accident.

There's technically 3 sewers: Upper, Lower, One off at the end of a corner

In my last playthrough, all the clues were inside the sewers, so yeah, their locations are all random.

Well just google "clue" in your language. ;)
In german it is "Hinweis". Dunno where you are from.
But in that case its like a hint / guide / tip.

I found two in the sewers but it took 5 years for the last one, which ended up being in a middle motel room on the second floor

Just look for the manicins that are whispering about coke and follow the wire that's connected to them. I think it's the same for the sewer. I've also noticed that one usually spawns in the bank vault in upper sewers
