Quick Play doesn't seem to work for me

I can never find anyone via the quick play option no matter what level and or difficulty I select. I am fairly new to the game. Am I doing something wrong? Is there another way to find groups without having to invite people to mine?

I found it looks at the difficulty you select while matchmaking, try changing the difficulty.
I doubt anyone plays genesis on lower ends and weeklies on psysurgery (And nobody plays on introductory, I think)

Honestly I think I'd give anything to just quick play across all difficulties if it gets me in a match with people lol.

The one time I played without my friends i was stuck in matchmaking for 30 mins. Not a single group found. Awful :l

Yeah it really is awful.

I'll try changing difficulty after a couple of attempts but it very rarely makes a difference.

Should be a server browser, tab or something that shows a list of open groups / people searching for groups.

It is nearly impossible to find a group through quick play (Eastern Time Zone) in the morning hours. The player count ramps up significantly in the evening, but as of late even that has been a challenge.
