Why do the other prime assets refer to Barbi as being short?
I've seen him side by side with both Coyle and Mother Gooseberry and he's taller than both of them, even when taking into account Coyles bad posture. Yet all I hear from either of them in escalation is calling him the small or little man.

I get that mentally he behaves like a small child but that isn't reflected by his height so I'm a bit confused why that's the descriptor they go with. Unless there's something I'm missing?

Well, Gooseberry refers to pretty much everyone as a "Child" so that doesn't really matter.
But I think that it is really just part of his childish act, and others "playing along". That or it's just for consistency's sake so you know who they're talking about?
You know what I think RB could fix this, I agree he is too damn tall via 5'9 or 5'10 (average height honestly). And if you are going to leave hint for players about the character's description beforehand (Prime Time Event), then at the very least try and be accurate with those descriptions. Based on Barbi's history he would have an almost stunted growth due to the severe beatings from his father, mental abuse from an overall toxic environment and other abnormalities yearned at birth via cognitive and physical deficiencies. At the age of 15 he looked as if he was hit by a truck. If humans could be compared to a field of flowers then Franco is the one with the shortest stem, missing most of his petals and never reaching full blossom or colour. Franco turned out to be a dull, little and grey ugly flower.

In the comic he was small enough to crawl into a women's chest cavity or stomach, but his in-game model honestly looks way too big for him to do that or it is hard to imagine.

Respectfully, Barbie is damn lucky he is not in wheelchair and eating food out of a straw. But such these exceptions must come with a sacrifice of sorts, Franco Barbie would not or should not grow past 5'5 let alone 5'4. His max height should honestly be anywhere between 5'2-5'5.

RB could make Franco a little faster and he would be a harder to spot because of his small size especially when comparing objects from the players point-of-view (POV). Some objects like boxes, walls and pillars would block the player from seeing Barbi in full-view because he is so damn tiny oh my god where is my magnifying glass?!

So I ended up looking into it outside of the steam forums and eventually found out what happened on my own. Apparently RB did intend him to be short, and he was short in the original concept art. Around 4 foot 5 or or so but according to the source something to do with the limitations with their game engine made it impossible for them to do that without a bunch of glitches and other issues arising so they had to change his height. They just never changed the voice lines to reflect that he's tall now.

Here's the concept art of how he was originally suppose to look: https://static.wikia.nocookie.net/outlast/images/c/c7/OL_Trials_-_Franco_Barbi_Concept_Art_2.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20240719161932

$hit that really is unfortunate, Franco appears extremely short here; RB should still attempt to make him shorter (not too short because of engine limitations) than the other prime assets, Gooseberry and Leland.

The concept artist said that him being disproportionate seemed better in the long run. I doubt they'll change his height.
