Most important one, complete second objectives. In most trials, it is collect posters. If you don't, just not getting hit and not triggering any kinda traps will only get you A-.

Always complete the secondary objectives (propaganda posters) because it can give you A+.

You can still get A+ as long as you don't receive much damage and lose sanity. If you received damage, you can try doing actions like using rigs, disarming door traps, perform co-op actions, use items, and use throwable items to compensate your mistakes. If you accidentally stepped on sound trap, you can compensate that by doing positive actions twice. Keep in mind that losing sanity and receiving damage will tank your grade and you will need to do a lot of positive actions to compensate that.

I would highly recommend you to collect documents if you can because it can boost your grade a lot, allowing you to take few hits and still get A+. It helped me got A+ even though I haven't completed secondary objective just from few documents alone.

I remember Long trials from Program Genesis allows you to take more damages / triggering more sound traps. However, the mk challenges from like events or weekly program. Have more strict standards. Sometimes just triggers 2 fricking sound traps like glasses will end your career towards A+.

Although I have heard that doing other actions may increase you total score event though gettting some sound traps and damages, leading to A+, like using throwables, using rigs, headshots, try it yourself idk.

I just wanna play with xpops and finish objective fast, i don't care about scores anymore. I will only score A+ when it is for the event weekly task.

Maybe trials other than psychosurgery will have lower scoring standards, good luck~~~

do more positive results like distracting enemies using a bottle, hitting them with a brick/headshot, activating or disarming traps, etc. Its best to do more good actions along with the secondary objective to help secure an A+ run guaranteed

X-ray rig is an A+ printer. A single use of it can easily net you 5 "Successful rig use" score update, and with how spammable it is, even on psychosurgery, you can get A+ even after being hit 4 or 5 times.

doing as many positive things, while avoiding bad things pretty much. In the end screen, everything that is written in black contributes towards your score, the red stuff on the bottom takes it away, so try to avoid damage and traps, while actively using as many items as possible, including your rig.

Also you don't necessarily need the secondary objective, but it gives you way more room to get damaged/run into traps. It's usually easier to do this on long trials.
