Honestly, Psychosurgery difficulty is not really that hard and fun if you're playing with friend

Psychosurgery is one of the great way to get more stamps than other difficulty. Playing alone can take that long to complete, but as long as they can have most experienced players, it's worth the challenge, if you're being careful. Although, you can't see who have a key, but good communication, it should be alot easier than the ones without a mic.

you can see who has the key. a little key icon will be next to their name.

The problem is their username and key icon doesn't appear on the screen on that difficulty, so you have to communicate with mic.

You don't see names or markers on Psychosurgery. It limits your HUD in those regards.

Imo Psycho surgery is the only Difficulty that offers Decent challenge and the reward ♥♥♥♥♥ tho but i can get where ur coming from I've had people go idle with keys and other items or not ping them I feel like when u drop something no matter the mode it should ping it or atleast like show ghost footsteps of where the person dropped it at lol ( also you should be able to drop keys and other quest items out of ur inventory)

Right, you can also ping it at the current location or pinpoint the enemy's location.

I prefer playing on psycho but finding a group is rare. I've been sticking to escalation cause you can usually find a group and its a decent challenge. Finding a group that actually talks so we don't all go in with heal rigs and get ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up is a different story. Heal rigs don't help much when enemies are one hitting you.
