How do you use these things? It says to look for the symbol to get the code, but I'm looking at the symbol and it never stops generating to find the code and I'm looking around the area trying to figure out how to use this thing. I'm not stranger to puzzles but this thing is weird.

The closer you are to the symbols, the crazier the decoder gets. Once the first two numbers start to change, that means you are very close to the symbol. You'll only have to get the right optical view, and after you form the full symbol, press the right-click of the mouse. When you get the three numbers, it's done. Just find the box with the TV screen above it displaying the symbol you just got and type the code.
