BUNDLE problem

I completed everything from the event, even got the new cosmetics but the 'Quarantine Zone Legendary Toxic Shock' still appears locked for some reasons.

Any1 with the same problem ?

i have the same problem as you i cant unlock it it has a lock icon on it i also had a problem with the evidence from the geister program 3 files disappeared but luckily i just had to recollect them again

me too , completed the toxic shock event , right now i have 23 ticket but the Quarantine Zone is locked for me :(

For me it just redroped after completing random toxic trials and i unlocked it if you guys still have the white present icon down at the award you get then keep playing the toxic trials maybe it will redrop for you too

what do you mean redroped ? its a random drop ? not just only 20 ticket ?

because the legendary outfit is 20 ticket and not a drop

for me it was a random drop award for completing toxic trials you have the white icon award so you need to keep playing maybe it will be a random drop for you too next to the toxic token that white icon means that you still have new stuff to unlock after that icon disappears that means that you have unlocked all the new cosmetics

If it's a random drop then why the heck doesn't it act like other random drops, not being visible until you actually get it? Devs need to make things consistent otherwise nobody knows how things work. In the Winter Kill event the room bundles were visible from the start and you could buy them whenever you wanted. So why do they change how things work? It's not even consistent with itself because the german outfit is visible AND unlocked from the start, you don't need to randomly obtain it.

maybe its just bugged for some players like us other bugs from this update is that i lost my geister program evidence files i had to collect them again also some users report that some outfits are priced 99.999 for them and some people who bought the dlc outfits cant put then on they are locked for some reason so in conclusion this update is kinda broken for some
