No loyalty bonus
I bought Outlast Trials during Early Access (20 May, 2023) and played it a little bit back then. Unfortunately I do not see any discount on the DLC nor do I own the Grizzly Hazmat Outfit in the game as described in the news from 28 February, 2024: https://steamcommunity.com/games/1304930/announcements/detail/4130434733306847643

Is this a known problem? Does anyone know how I can fix that? Do I need to contact the devs? Or am I simply too late and should have started the game around the 1.0 release to qualify for the loyalty bonus?

it was a temporary discount, you took too long. this was stated on the announcement before the DLC came out.

unsure about the grizzly hazmat outfit. you should have that.
