Is the game crossplay?

I learned that when the game is released it will have the possibility of being played on multiple platforms (both console and PC), but I was wondering one thing, will it be possible to play it crossplatform between PS4 and PC?

for now i believe only Epic Games and Steam can play together, once the game is fully released on March 5th console players will be playing with PC players.

Okay, thanks. My doubt was in fact for the fully released game on March 5th, because I have a PS4 and I was wondering that in case I’ll play with my friends.
