Discount failing to apply at checkout

I've attempted to complete my Outlast Collection by adding the "Buy Outlast Franchise Bundle" to my cart. The bundle is added successfully, however, once I progress to the cart the final amount does not reflect what was originally advised.

It appears as though the Steam store is failing to carry through the appropriate discount to the checkout.

I thought this as well, then realized they are normally charging 20 dollars for a few skins and room decorations so I WAS getting the discount

I know you got to make your money, but damn Red Barrels... that not a very good value

Same is for me. When i try to complete my bundle the price goes from 7,8 euro to 15,60 in the cart.
