More levels?
Hey everyone! Does anyone know when they will be adding more levels? I really thought with full release that they would do at least 100 haha. Or maybe that was wishful thinking haha. I love and support outlast trials so I will be patient but just wanted to know if anyone heard about it or anything?>

I just want to know what kind of drugs you're on to think it's even possible they'd have anywhere over 50+ done let alone 100 lmao

They talked about a new prime asset (boss) with the roadmap, but they didn't mention a new level. You would assume a new prime asset would come with a new level and theme, but maybe they're just doing a new trial that reuses an existing level. A new level would be a weird thing to _not_ mention, so I'm assuming no new level anytime soon.

The roadmap does list new trial(s), which as you said will probably be for the new prime asset.

The reason you want more is because most of the newer players (like yourself) ate through the 1.0 content too quickly, probably reflected by program Genesis. Well you could replay the trials on harder difficulties for a more increased challenge if you want. Yikes, this what I feared, but not surprising.

Each prime asset has their own trials and theme, there will have a new trial with the new prime asset, it wouldn't make sense otherwise.

Ya think?

That would easily take like 10 years of development time, probably even more, when they eventually need to lower the team size due to people stopping to play. Map design and balancing is one of the most time consuming parts for both, designers and playtesters, that can't easily be done in like a week of work.

Coyle has Courthouse and Prison, Gooseberry has Toy Factory, Amusement Park, and Orphanage. I would like to see what else they come up with. Though I would be fine with more trials in existing areas as well.

Prescott Whitehorn is a prime asset they didn't implement in the game (yet) so I guess the next trials will be for him.

why even bother to go beyond 56 level? leaat not so pro active since new amp rewards stop coming in that lvl and everyone has all drugs and rigs already only reason there is another 10 lvl for getting all amps? dont really see why since most of amps effects are useless there is only few good

lol, just realized, that they might refer to the player level and not to the maps xD

Though, it's definitely necessary to be able to get to 65, since some of the new amps wouldn't be able to be unlocked for some players, who already unlocked everything in EA. Also most people play for fun and with that, unlocks happen automatically anyway, as you finish trials. Obviously, if you only play each mission once, then you're free to do so as well and then sure, there's not really any need to get to max level.

Yeah, not sure how this is half baked, but playing a game with recycled content in invigorating gameplay. Trials is cheaper, better rated, and a fresh take on the genre. We all want more, but too many people are talking as if they have seen every "ending" the game has to offer. This $40 game is offering more than the $70 dlc for sure.
