Is the full game censored compared to early access version ?

I saw some more explicit screenshots on the Steam Hub when the game was still in early access. For example bottles and baseball bats stuck in some guys anus. Is everything still in game ?

If they toned down something i will not buy the game.

It isn't a "fixation". I just want to play the game.with all contents.

If it's censored on consoles then it's also on PC.

Again... I've played for 100 hours, spanning from the original closed beta back in October '22 all the way to now. Nothing in this game is censored. I can't speak for the console versions, but nothing in this game is censored, not one thing. It's bloody and explicit and it's going to get even more so. Give it a break.

A game being censored is a horrible thing, I understand, but gaslighting yourself into believing that an obviously graphic game is being censored because one background corpse may or may not have been removed is concerning.

A censored scene is something was in game and then forced to be removed. So you can't say the game is uncensored just because you see some "explicit" stuff in game.

Unfortunately ESRB range is still a thing in 2024. PC is the only platform with no ESRB range but most of the times happens that the same version of the game gets released on all platform.

I read that this scene happens offscreen, so nothing important. Then if other scenes got removed because of ESRB rules then the game is censored.
