Game isn't running smoothly

Whenever I'm on the train on my way to trial, fps drops dramatically. When I bought this game, it was early access, and it worked just fine. But after many updates, the game is not running well anymore. When in Orphanage I manage to match the radiosignals, fps drops very much and it keeps doing it till the end of the trial.. where is the problem??

Going through the same thing, I can easily run it at 160 FPS a month ago but it now drops a lot to 110-90. While an average of 110 isn't horrid, the drastic change from 150-ish to 120 to 90 makes it lag by a lot.

Still not sure if it's me or game.

This could my PC, or the game, but when loading up the game to the main menu, the fps drops around 1fps. I have to quit the game and reload it up. Not a big deal. Likely could be the game.
