Chess: Black at a disavantage

When playing chess in the lobby area, which is important because its how i assert dominance over my friends, black is at a clear disadvantage. A three fold draw results in white getting a win on the reagents board but does not affect rating. While rating is unaffected, my friends have ridiculed me greatly for my W-L-D record in chess. I sincerely hope this is looked into as it is an affront to a great game such as chess.

To reproduce this bug:
1. start chess game with honest players
2. play the bong cloud opening.
3. three fold draw
4. white gets victory on the board

this isnt a rounding up for a 1/2-1/2 result, it is considered a straight win.

It's been long known since Chess was invented that white has an inherent advantage always being one move ahead even without this whole glitch you're talking about. The glitch is just icing on the cake

There's a cringe amount of people using external chess engines to actually win the game, I stopped fighting people in chess because of that.
3 people in a row, doing moves every 5-6 seconds and also perfect moves, they were even calculating some kind of forks after 8-10 moves but in. 5 seconds?!

yikes man, like, this is outlast trials, not even a legit chess game thing......

I mean, I don't want to be that person who accuses everyone randomly, but from a chess player, actual 1700+ elo in chess.com is very obvious. Thinking over 5 seconds to take a free pawn, I even moved my queen next to his king to see how much time he'd take to take my queen, of course he took around 7 seconds

That's why a player (Before getting to the table after 30s), destroyed me in like 10-15 turns!

Or in the middle of a game: The guy took like 1 minute before playing (I thought he wanted to AFK so that I would leave behind) and started to do his "Mastermind"
