You can buy the game, it's good. But it's not worth waiting for developers to support the project on an ongoing basis, they are too weak for this level)
Am I right? developer? obviously, some weakling from the developers will read this post)
I would say yes it is definitely worth it on sale if you loved the other two Outlast games, just don't go into with the traditional Outlast story mode in mind.
No its not worth buying currently
for myself, I've racked up a ludicrous amount of playtime alone with the current three maps but the game is really starting to catch up with burnout. At some point, this game WILL be worth the money.
I picked up the game on Halloween day and have been playing almost every night since. I love it. I played the first two programs and the Halloween even stuff with a friend, but I did the last two programs and the final Program X solo. So once you get the hang of it, you can play solo no problem and it becomes more of a classic Outlast Experience.
There's enough content here to give you a solid 20+ hours of fun. I've dropped 60+ hours, but that's because I like doing the challenges over and over till I get a good rating.
Is there enough in the game already so that I can at least get a good first experience out of it? How much hours of content is there right now roughly?
At least it'd be coop, as i've read it's better than solo, so there's that.
