Lying about it does nothing to protect the game. It probably isn't a priority because it's not an issue at this point. I'd expect it to be a priority if it becomes one. Honestly, there is not much interest in hacking a multiplayer coop game versus AI anyway. The worst thing you could accomplish as a hacker is making the game incredibly easy, which defeats the purpose of playing at all, or to troll other players (which is easy to do now without hacking).

There is no direct known anti cheat. But it states directly in their EULA that their software does and/ can contain anti cheat software like properties. Also moderators are quite active and catch cheaters like 24/7 so.

Cheating in multiplayer games ruins the fun for a majority of online players. I wouldn't make out to be siding with them either. As that can kinda get people to look at you poorly.

Some cheaters you won't know are cheating until they somehow delete your progress, give you all unlocks, or something of that nature. Those people really ruin the game for you.

Yeah it is if use cheat trainer third party program Leeland Coyle will teleport you to your location in trials and kill for 1 hit and ban to use onliine sessiosn again this should be a thing but joke aside game has not any fancy steam anti cheat tech server like to use least not yet im wonder if they ever using those as game not has any pvp if no chess and arm wrestling counts in lol

Shall we go over to the Phasmo-Community together and ask them, how much easier the game gets, if hackers start to manipulate the NPCs into killing everyone even in save zones?
