Hello, I'm aware it's been well over a year but I've recently ran into this issue, i'm unsure how to get to the game engine settings themselves to turn bloom off, any help would be appreciated :')
C:\Users\YOUR USER NAME\AppData\Local\OPP\Saved\Config\WindowsClient\Engine
copy and paste this under everything and save
