That scene seems silly. I am glad it's not something I will see in the game. Probably not censored, they just knew it didn't fit the theme or any of the other kills. Maybe they'll save that one for a trial that makes sense to have dudes sodomized, like if they brought someone in like The Groom.

I'm saying it's not needed. Like, it doesn't help the game. It's just more shock value, which if done too much, hurts the game and makes it more cringe and edgy.

You're not playing the censored version, you're playing the correct version. The uncensored version, they took it out because it wasn't needed, not to fit a censor. They have things in this game way worse than that. Look at Manhunt 2, I played the original version that wasn't censored. There were two versions of the game. There is just this version of the game and it is uncensored. They saw that and were probably like "this doesn't really make sense with the characters here, plus it's silly looking, let's put something better." and they did. There is no censor here.
