Yes this will happen a couple of times. Just keep trying you'll eventually find a lobby that stays.
Try to play at times that are normal for people in your area to play games and you'll probably find more people around your level.

I would kick you but also recommend, and this might be the mentality of those that kick you, that you play the game enough to level up a few times to understand the base systems enough so you aren't a liability to others as you learn.
I don't mean the tutorial, I mean the maps, objectives and enemy patterns.

Press TAB in the Lobby or use the machine in front of the shuttles (same thing). At the bottom right, you will see a Find Group button. Press it.

ignore that guy , use the group finder (press TAB) , u will eventually find people who will help u out , Ive played with some people who never been to any trials , takes more time to finish but other than that is fine.
