Triggering sound traps 25 times each trial

I'm not sure if this is a glitch or just me being absolutely terrible at the game, but every single time I do a trial it tells me I triggered exactly 25 sound traps each time no matter what I do. I've avoided cans, glass, didn't activate any mines, etc. maybe I didn't avoid them as well as I thought but I highly doubt I've triggered exactly 25 sound traps every single trial lmao. It's never a different amount either, it's always 25, which makes me lean towards it being a glitch but idk

I think 25x is the cap and thats when it starts recording. It is probably happening when you are getting chased and you just don't know it. The glass shards count as a sound trap so maybe you are tripping those when running.

I do believe opening a trapped door to set it off counts as a sound trap as well. I remember seeing this myself before a few times and I think that's what it was. You can slowly creep through trapped doors to not set them off if you can't disarm them from the side you're on

Never triggered any trapped doors either, I only ever disarmed them
