Does anyone else have 6 Vouchers even though you have everything upgraded?

I'm at level 40 (Which I assume is the max level in the game because I'm not getting any XP anymore), yet I still have 6 Vouchers. I have all 16 unique prescriptions from Barlow, have all Rigs fully upgraded at level 8 from Noakes, and have all 9 unique Amps from Dorris. I kind of assumed that I would have 0 Vouchers at the end after upgrading everything in the game, but I still have 6. I don't know if this is a bug/glitch, or if I'm genuinely missing something that I could still upgrade. I've searched and searched, but I still can't find anything else in the game that I would have to use Vouchers for. I don't know if Red Barrels is going to release something in the future and they're just allowing me to keep the Vouchers that I have now (Kind of like allowing me to save them for later), but I'm just curious if there's anyone else that's level 40 in the game and still have 6 Vouchers, or is it just me? Would love to know from other players.

yup its alright to have spare vouchers so when they add more prescriptions, amps, new rigs, and therapy levels we can unlock some immediately

I have zero left, I wonder what makes it different.

Most likely a bug, I also have 6 leftover vouchers. I think it might be related to when you first hit that level cap, since people that reached this way faster than others before a certain update do not have any vouchers left.
