Hi!

I have reborn for the first time but the only thing I've unlocked is a trophy and nothing else (no other cosmetics though ive already unlocked the good doctor outfit after i finished a trial in program x before even being reborn). my friend says you can also unlock frames but i havent unlock anything other than trophy.

is it normal or its a bug?

You don't get cosmetics, only the trophy and the frame. You get the frame automatically, it isn't something to equip. It is around your portrait, but first reborn frame is not so shiny.

oh thank you very much! its a fun mission but it can be hard, depends on where the enemy show up when youre doing objectives lol. its also sad we dont get any xp or cash from doing so.
