Glitching characters

I've noticed there seems to be an issue with some of the NPC's early in the game. It doesn't seem to continue once the action starts but in the opening portion the characters of Gordon Freeman, G-Man and the to scientists in the evevator flicker about. It doesn't affect gameplay but if there's an easy fix I'd like to know.

I know what you mean. It is true, but there is nothing to do. GoldSrc Engine is just old, of course that does not affect the game experience at all.

Yes, I'd considered that after toying with the compatability didn't fix it. But I thought someone might know a TXT mod or something since I've never noticed the issue on Opposing Force.

I am sure there arent people on trains/elevators during Opposing Force.

Probably. But the game doesn't have as may moving vehicle situations when I think about it.

I checked and found that this bug wasn't present in the original retail version. It is only there in the steam version. I also couldn't find any fix anywhere.

Hi,

I am trying to beat all the games before Alyx comes out and the same thing is bothering me too. Characters are twitching and it's strange and bothering. I figured I had to fix it to beat the game but if this is going away later on soon then I can get on with it.

i'm pretty sure that just happens on the steam version, the original won version doesn't have the problem
